Recipe: Honey Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp. ginger, minced

4 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar

1 lb. large shrimp, peeled, deveined with tails on

2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, vinegar and soy sauce.
Place shrimp in a glass bowl and toss with enough of the sauce to coat the shrimp completely. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Reserve remaining sauce.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat and add the oil to to the skillet. When hot, saute the shrimp until they are opaque and begin to caramelize.
Spoon a little of the reserved sauce over the cooked shrimp and cook for another minute, moving the shrimp around constantly.
Place the shrimp on a serving platter and pour remaining sauce over them.
Serve immediately.
