I have been entrusted with bringing a dessert to the thanksgiving meal at my girlfriend's parents house. I know a few dessert recipes but I figured I'd test the waters for something unique or different that I hadn't thought of, since it'll my introduction to them. Anything would help really. One conundrum is I have to drive 4 hours to said house so it needs to be able to be transported. They are of Slovak & polish descent if that helps at all. Just could really use some inspiration.
