[Request] what can I cook with a cup of red wine?

Yeah, I know... Just drink it. But I don't care for red wine and we really don't drink.

I bought a small bottle for a soup my wife made, which was delicious. Just wondering what else I can make with it before it goes bad. There's about a cup left.
