So my absolute favorite Salad dressing is from a Japanese Steakhouse (Yamato) in South Carolina. They have locations in Myrtle Beach, Columbia, and Greenville I believe. It is a Spicy Soy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. The problem is I cannot find any recipes that are similar to it online. Everything seems to have ginger in it. This just seems to be some soy sauce, oregano, vineger of some kind, and some other ingredients. I just can't figure it out :-/ So.... 1) Does anyone know the dressing I am talking about and know how to make it? 2) If not, does anyone have a recipe for a good Spicy Soy Vinaigrette salad dressing? Thanks!
