I really enjoy all types of jerky and meats but I'm a crunchy texture freak. Having to go to fried veggies like potato chips, crisps, straws, fries, or what have you isn't ideal when I want a savory meaty snack.
I also hate going to cereal or sweets for my crunch fix. Anyone got ideas on how to make a lean crunchy meat chunk without it being deep fried, greasy, or burnt?
