- Chicken - 1
- Red semi-dry wine - 1 cup
- Butter - 70 gm
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Basil - 1,5 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 10-15
- Salt - 1,4 tsp
- Garlic - 3 cloves

- Reduce 1 cup of red semi-dry wine to 2 tbsp of it. Then add 2 tbsp of tomato paste, butter, pinch of basil, a few cumin seeds and a pinch of salt. Mix it all together until the consistency will be smooth and nice.
- Make 3 cuts on a chicken. One in the area of chicken breast, 2 cuts near the legs. Take a spoon filled with sauce and pour it out inside of those cuts. Also fill the chicken with sauce inside. And at the end grease it with sauce outside. Leave it alone for 30 minutes.

- Make little cuts on garlic cloves and smash them with the knife. * Place 1 clove of garlic inside of each cut. Also place there a little bit of basil and 4-5 cumin seeds.
- Move your chicken into the clean baking dish. And send it to the pre heated oven for an hour or so. (360F)
