I work at a small pizza shop( not super authentic; frozen dough and some frozen meats l, along with a deep fryer for things like chicken and French fries). As of late I've been getting bored of my usually work meals, hand i was wondering what your ideas were. Keep in mind that A: this is in a conveyor type oven: the pizza goes on a small conveyor belt type thing and heat is blasted at it as it's slowly moving through the oven. And B: the simpler the better.
