[Request] Shrimp, black rice, Asian ginger dressing/sauce (cold side dish)

Please help me find this recipe. A colleague once brought this to a baby shower. It was served cold and tasted great. I've searched for the recipe, but have never been able to locate or recreate the taste. Ideas?
