Hello, i was wondering if anyone here has access to a recipe for a certain (type?) of whipped cream i commonly see in either coffee shops or bakeries. Im not sure how to describe it other than it is some kind of cream topping that people put onto frozen coffees or pasteries (or even tiramisu) where its a very thick cream yet very airy as well. If someone know what im talking about, info would be greatly apreciated.
