Ingredients

*1 Package of Chicken Tenders

  • 2 Eggs (scrambled)
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Ball of Mozzarella Cheese

GARLIC BREAD ROLL

  • 1 Bread Roll
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
  • 2 Tsp Dry Basil
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper

    SAUCE

  • *1 Can Crushed Tomatoes

  • 3 oz Tomato Paste

  • 2 oz Olive Oil

  • 1/2 White Onion (diced)

  • 1/2 Bell Pepper (diced)

  • 3 Cloves Garlic (crushed and diced)

  • Assorted Spices (Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Red Pepper, Basil)

Directions

1) Put pasta pot on medium heat. Add olive and toss in your onion, pepper, and garlic. Lower the heat and add your spices. As the veggies brown, add your crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir sauce every 15 minutes. (Suggested Cook Time: 3-4 hours)

2) Prepare your eggs, flour, and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Cover the base of the sautee pan with olive oil and put on medium-high heat. With one dry and wet hand you will dip the tenders in flour, then egg, and finally bread crumbs. Place in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.

*Preheat Oven for 350*

3) Once fried, Place tenders in a glass tray with sauce layered on the bottom.

4) Layer sauce on top of your chicken, then add slices of fresh mozzarella on top, then place in the oven for 28-30 minutes.

5) Place your butter, garlic, basil, pepper, olive oil in a bowl and microwave for a minute. Cut your roll in half and spread the garlic butter over the bread. Wrap in tinfoil and place it in the oven for the remaining 5 minutes.

6) Remove chicken parm and garlic bread and let the chicken sit for 10 minutes.

7) Gently add the chicken parm into the sub and eat up.

bon appetit
