Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- Half onion
- Half carrot
- Half color pepper
- 1 cup green beans
- Some white mushroom
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tbsp cayenne powder (use less if you don't want it to be too spicy)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
Directions
- Boil quinoa with 4 cups of water for 15 minutes
- Chop onion, carrot and color pepper into cubes
- Slice the mushroom
- Heat the pan, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Add in onion and color pepper to stir fry for a couple of minutes
- Add in carrot, green beans, and mushroom to stir fry for another 2 minutes
- Add in soy sauce and black pepper
- Add drained quinoa
- Add turmeric powder and cayenne powder until mix well
- Done!
