Advice on reverse searing a bone in rib eye without a thermometer?

As the title states, I have a bone in rib eye that I want to reverse sear, but I realized that my thermometer is broken. Any tips on how long to cook it in the oven at 275F so it will reach medium rare? In the end after the oven and the reverse sear, it can be a bit over or under medium rare, but I really don't want to over cook the steak to medium well or Trump style. The steak itself is about 1" thick and has been sitting in the fridge overnight after being seasoned with salt and pepper. Thanks for the advice.
