Advice on cooking this 1kg bone in steak please

I have a outdoor has BBQ, a skillet (on gas hob) or an oven.

So using any of these or a combination.

The steak is 1kg and I would like it with the brown crust I see in restaurants, probably medium.

(I have a meat thermometer)
