I recently got some meat from a co-worker who's dad is a butcher. I got sirloin, fillets, KC Strips, and pork chops. I would just grill them, but my apartment complex doesn't allow them. Are there any good recipes to cook these in a pan, or should I just throw them in and eat them as is?
