I love the Food Wishes recipe for chicken tikka masala. Here's the recipe at allrecipes, and here's the video.
I'm looking for some Indian or middle eastern style side dishes to go with it. Flavorful, but not too acidic or spicy, and not involving tomatoes or a large amount of coconut milk. The tikka masala is already all those things.
