Ingredients :
Marinate -
½ kg chicken drumettes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cornflour
½ tsp salt
½ cup oil for frying
Sauce -
4 tbsp oil
1 small ginger sliced
1 tsp garlic paste
1 onion chopped
2 stalks curry leaves
3/4 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1/4 glass water
1 tbsp honey
4 pcs red & green cili padi (seedless) sliced
Optional:- ~ Cili padi can be substituted with any other chillies
Method: Step by step instruction

Marinate chicken drumettes with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and cornflour for 30 minutes and deep fry.

In a pan heat up oil, saute ginger, garlic, curry leaves, onion, chilli powder, salt, cornflour mixed with little water and honey. Finally add the chicken drumettes, sliced chillies and serve.
