Ok, gang. I was in Birmingham, Alabama a few weeks ago and I went to Saw's barbecue. I had an incredible, mousse-like banana pudding that rocked my world. Fast forward to now, I sit down with my mom to go over the Thanksgiving menu. I usually cook the side dishes etc. but this year I want to make THAT banana pudding. It was too good. Does anyone know how to make anything remotely like that?
