Beltane Bread

I tried making a rather unconventional bread, Beltane Bread. I made some alterations and ended up creating something that reminds me of pfeffernusse.

Ingredients

4 cups sifted flour
1 cup flaxseed flour
1/2 cup ground almonds
2 cups honey
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 eggs

Mix everything together. Spread dough in fist-sized dollops on a baking sheet. Oven at 375 and bake for 20-30 minutes
