2 organic free range chicken breasts 1 stalk of organic celery 1 slice organic red onion 1 Tbsp sliced organic onion ¼ cup organic mayonnaise 1 tsp chicken seasoning tsp paprika cup seedless organic red grapes, halved 1 whole wheat pita, cut in half 1 organic tomato, chopped 2 organic lettuce leaves
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, celery, red onion, almonds and mayonnaise. Stir in chicken seasoning and paprika. Then, gently stir in red grapes. Fill each pita half with a portion of chicken mixture, tomato, and lettuce.
