Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Icing sugar
- Strawberries
- A can of whipped cream
- Cooking oil
- Frying pan
- 20 minutes of your precious time
Directions
- Heat up your frying pan and add a few drops of cooking/frying oil, very little oil. Spread the oil evenly on the frying pan, you can use a brush to get thin even layer of oil.
- Slice your watermelon, the thicker the slices the longer frying. So you will get your favorite thickness after a few trials.
- Fry watermelon slices evenly on both sides, add icing sugar on both sides, do nor overdose.
- Fry watermelon slices for about 10-15 minutes depending on the slice thickness, flip them over every minute or two.
- At the end decorate watermelons with your favorite fruit and whipped cream
