Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg Chicken boneless
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Chicken 65 Masala (Aachi Brand) any other brand can also be used
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 10-12 Cloves garlic
  • 2-3 Pieces Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro aka Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • In a bowl, take boneless cut chicken, add garlic ginger paste, chicken 65 masala, lemon, salt, garam masala, pepper and marinate it for 15-20 minutes
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add marinated chicken and sauté for few minutes.
  • Keep it on high flame for few minutes and than slow the gas and cover the chicken for sometime, it will be done in 10-15 minutes.
  • Add kasuri methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) and coriander leaves serve hot.
