Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Chicken boneless
- 2 Lemons
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Chicken 65 Masala (Aachi Brand) any other brand can also be used
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 10-12 Cloves garlic
- 2-3 Pieces Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro aka Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, take boneless cut chicken, add garlic ginger paste, chicken 65 masala, lemon, salt, garam masala, pepper and marinate it for 15-20 minutes
- In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, add marinated chicken and sauté for few minutes.
- Keep it on high flame for few minutes and than slow the gas and cover the chicken for sometime, it will be done in 10-15 minutes.
- Add kasuri methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) and coriander leaves serve hot.
