I need your help. I haven't had much luck googling for a recipe for the white sauce that comes with lamb meatballs when you go to tapas.
Usually there's this bit of whitish sauce with some peas in the container when you get lamb meatballs. What is it called? And where can I find a recipe for it?
Most of what I find shows aioli or tomato based sauce. I suppose it could be hot aioli, but that seems weird to me. And I know there's no tomato in the version I typically order at tapas places.
