Has anyone found good English translations of the now public cooks.org.kp (North Korea's gov't recipe site)?

Hey folks! As some of you may know, NK's intranet went public a day or two ago, and one of the exposed sites was http://cooks.org.kp/. I can't really access it well, or find a good translation.

Has anyone done so? I'd like to see what they've got!
