I need to make 1.5 gallon of aioli for an event, but I can't seem to find a recipe for that amount. I've found some for small servings and one for 2.5 gallons, but from what I've heard I can't just fiddle around with the measurements to get 1.5 gallon. Does anyone know how much of everything I'd need to make such an amount?
