I used to make this delicious chicken lettuce wrap that I found online and now its no where to be found. I only found the picture on Pinterest, but the links do not work. Hopefully someone out there has it saved :) Here are some of the ingredients that I can remember were in it.
Chicken thighs, shiitake mushroom, cilantro, avocado, hot sauce, soy sauce, green onions, and of course lettuce.
