INGREDIENTS:
Serves 6 portions

100g Dry Moringa Leaf or powder (Optional)

100g Channa dal

50g Toovar dal

50g Moong dal

100g Shallots
-
10g Red chilly
-
50g Ginger
-
50g Curry Leaf
-
20g Green chillies
-
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Soak both the dals and red chilly together for an hour.

Crush in a blender.

Add chopped shallots, ginger, curry leaf and green chilly to the crushed dals.

Shape into roundels and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with chutney of your choice.
