Chinese Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients:
- Take a chicken and cut into 4 pieces.
- 2 cups water.
- Take 2 peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- 2 cups peas.
- Take 2 broccoli and cut into small pieces.
- ½ kg peeled potatoes and cut into large pieces.
- ¼ kg zucchini sliced with medium-thickness rings.
- Cut 2 onions.
- 4 tablespoons oil.
- 1 Tablespoon flour.
- A big spoon of paprika.
- Salt and black pepper. (As you like)
How to Prepare:
- Take a salt, black pepper, and paprika, and mix together then pour that mixture over the chicken.
- Leave that mixture in the fridge for an hour.
- Heat up a large amount of water until it boils, and then put a filter over the water.
- Put the broccoli in the refinery, then cover it, and leave it for 8 minutes.
- Take half amount of oil on medium heat, then add the chicken pieces and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Now place the heated chicken into the plate.
- In the same amount, heat the rest of the oil, then add the onion and mix it well.
- Add the vegetables except for broccoli and mix for 2 minutes.
- Now take flour and mix for 2 minutes.
- Add the water and leave it to boil.
- Now heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the vegetables in a Chinese pyrex, then pinch the vegetables, cut the chicken, and cover it with the leaves.
- Put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes.
