Chinese Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Take a chicken and cut into 4 pieces.
  • 2 cups water.
  • Take 2 peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
  • 2 cups peas.
  • Take 2 broccoli and cut into small pieces.
  • ½ kg peeled potatoes and cut into large pieces.
  • ¼ kg zucchini sliced with medium-thickness rings.
  • Cut 2 onions.
  • 4 tablespoons oil.
  • 1 Tablespoon flour.
  • A big spoon of paprika.
  • Salt and black pepper. (As you like)

How to Prepare:

  • Take a salt, black pepper, and paprika, and mix together then pour that mixture over the chicken.
  • Leave that mixture in the fridge for an hour.
  • Heat up a large amount of water until it boils, and then put a filter over the water.
  • Put the broccoli in the refinery, then cover it, and leave it for 8 minutes.
  • Take half amount of oil on medium heat, then add the chicken pieces and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Now place the heated chicken into the plate.
  • In the same amount, heat the rest of the oil, then add the onion and mix it well.
  • Add the vegetables except for broccoli and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Now take flour and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add the water and leave it to boil.
  • Now heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the vegetables in a Chinese pyrex, then pinch the vegetables, cut the chicken, and cover it with the leaves.
  • Put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes.
