What you need:
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:

3 Tbs. Cocoa Powder

¼ Cup Cornstarch

Pinch Salt

2 Cups Milk

½ Cup Cream
-
2 Tbs. Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)

½ Lbs Milk Chocolate

1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Crepe Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Water
- 2 Tbs. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Tbs. Melted Butter
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions: To make these crepes you’re going to want to start with the pudding so you can allow it time to chill while you prepare your crepes. In a medium pan mixing pan mix in 1 Cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, a quarter cup cornstarch. From there, add in 2 cups of milk, whisk it all together and introduce it to the heat. As the mixture begins to heat up add in a half cup cream, whisk well and bring the pudding to a boil. Allow the pudding to boil for 30 seconds before removing from the heat. Add in 2 Tbs. butter, a half pound milk chocolate, and a tsp. vanilla. Set in a fridge to chill.
Now for your crepe batter, start by adding a cup of flour to a cup of milk, and a half cup of water. Add in two tablespoons of sugar and 2 eggs, whisk well. After you've achieved a smooth consistency add 2 tbs . of melted butter and a pinch of salt. Allow your crepe batter to stand in the fridge for a bit to loosen up the gluten.
Butter up your pan, and coat the entire pan with the batter, allow to cook for 2 minutes on side one and then a minute on the second. Remove your crepes from the pan and assemble as you see fit!
