Kobe in Orlando is a teppenyaki joint similar to Benihana. However they put them, and every other pseudo Japanese restaurant in the shade. I know there's a zillion other 'Kobe' restaurants out there, but this chain is only in Central Florida.
White sauce is a slightly sweet, mayonnaise based sauce. I've also seen it called shrimp sauce, or yum-yum sauce. I've had it in other places, but I've never seen it's equal to Kobe.
