[Request] Easy recipes to make and take to work

I work in retail. I am sick to death of microwave meals, fast food and actual real food that I pay through the nose for.

Might anyone have a link to easy and hopefully cheap recipe ideas for such a situation? I don't mind having to reheat in a microwave or making a huge bacth of something and freezing it.
