Hey /r/recipes,
I've been trying to eat healthier at work, so I've started making a batch of vegetables (primarily mushrooms) on sunday to bring with me each day in a small container. I'm looking for some easy recipes that aren't very expensive and good to store in the fridge during the week, only taking small batches from it every day.
I'm a huge fan of mushrooms, so I'm primarily looking for mushroom recipes, although I welcome other great ideas as well.
