I'm cooking dinner for a friend of mine and I was going to make chicken with white wine, butter, parsley and mint. I'm not good with pairing dishes, though. It's a really flavorful recipe so I don't want to overdo it with a competing side dish, but I don't want to just throw some frozen vegetables into a pot of boiling water, either.
Any suggestions are appreciated! :)
Bonus: While I'm thinking of it, I used to make this all the time for myself to have as dinner but it's clearly a side dish. If I were to make a meal around grilled ginger carrots, what would I serve with it?
