Potato Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 small potatoes

  • 300 g meat sauce

  • 210 g shredded cheese

  • 1 bunch baby spinach

Let's get Cooking...

  • Slice potatoes thinly and arrange in a casserole dish.

  • Pour 100 g meat sauce on top followed by the baby spinach and 70 g of cheese.

  • Repeat and make 2 more layers the same way.

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
