These Caramelised pancetta meatball parcels are perfect for when you get those sweet and salty meat cravings! Also sure to go down well at any party as canapé / finger food.
Ingredients
- mince pork
- pancetta
- Thyme
- Paprika
- Cayenne Pepper Powder
- Granulated Brown Sugar
- Salt
Instructions
- Pre heat oven 180C /Gas Mark 4 / 360F
- Mix spices together
- Mix in spice mixture with Mince Pork, fold it in.
- layout pancetta in X shape
- Make ping pong sized balls from the pork mixture and place in centre of X
- hold both ends of pancetta and wrap around the pork ball tying / scrunching together at the top
- repeat until finished
- Place in foil line pan and sprinkle brown sugar over the parcels (making sure you get good coverage
- Place in oven for 15 mins
- Last few minutes to get it extra crispy set oven to grill
