Caramelised Pancetta Meatball Parcels

These Caramelised pancetta meatball parcels are perfect for when you get those sweet and salty meat cravings! Also sure to go down well at any party as canapé / finger food.

Ingredients

  • mince pork
  • pancetta
  • Thyme
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • Granulated Brown Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven 180C /Gas Mark 4 / 360F
  • Mix spices together
  • Mix in spice mixture with Mince Pork, fold it in.
  • layout pancetta in X shape
  • Make ping pong sized balls from the pork mixture and place in centre of X
  • hold both ends of pancetta and wrap around the pork ball tying / scrunching together at the top
  • repeat until finished
  • Place in foil line pan and sprinkle brown sugar over the parcels (making sure you get good coverage
  • Place in oven for 15 mins
  • Last few minutes to get it extra crispy set oven to grill
