Recipe 1. Slice abura-age into thin strips 2. Slice the carrot into thin strips 3. Boil snow peas for 30 seconds and cut into thirds 4. Put dried hijiki into water for 20 mins 5. Rinse the hijiki with running water 6. Put oil into a pan 7. Cook hijiki and carrots for 2~3mins 8. Put boiled soybeans into the pan 9. Put ★ingredients into the pan and mix 10. Cover the pan with foil and simmer for around 30mins(until sauce is reduced) 11. Put snow peas and mix *If you eat it the next day, it will be more delicious because Hijiki absorbs the flavor and taste of the other ingredients such as the soy sauce, mirin, sake and so on.
