Summer Shrimp Fruit Salad with a Side

Ingredients:

1 lb of Shrimp

1/4 cup of Shallots

1 Orange- squeeze to pulp

2 Avocado

1 Mango

1 cup Cherry Tomatoes

1 Cucumber

1/4 cup of Strawberries

1/4 cup of Blueberries

1/8 cup of Golden Resins

Greek Yogurt

Cilantro

1 Lemon

Spices: Salt, Red pepper, Black Pepper, Curry Powder, Garlic Powder and Crushed Red Pepper

Step 1: Fry Shallots with Olive Oil until brown.

Step 2: Steamer Shrimp with Spices (Salt, Red pepper, Black Pepper, Curry Powder, Garlic Powder and Crushed Red Pepper) for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Add fried Shallots to Shrimps and steamer for additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: Cool down and mix with Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado, Mango, Strawberries, Blueberries and Golden Raisins.

Step 5: Garnish with Cilantro and Lemon Peels.

Step 6: Prepare a Side: Mix 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt with Cucumber and Cherry Tomatoes. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.

Serve together and decorate with Cherries.
