Familiar With Duck Breast? Skinless?

Was able to get my hands on some duck breast from a very generous co-worker. There are a lot of resources out there for cooking skin on duck breast but I am not finding much for skinless. Anyone have any good ideas? I would like to stay away from bacon wrapping if possible for two reasons. I am calorie restricting and I don't want to hide the flavor of the duck. Thanks in advance!
