[REQUEST][SUMMON SPANIARDS] I'm desperate to know the recipes of the typical olives you find for tapas in Spain.

Last year I did the Camino and for a whole month I did eat some of the best olives (and I come from South Italy!). These olives had little-cutted leaves on them, suggesting they were marinated in some kind of sauces that I cannot find anywhere.

Here the only information I know:

  • I think, but I'm not very sure about it, that those little leaves were rosemary or thyme.

  • They were just olives, no tomato or pepper served with them.

  • Fresh and summery flavor

PLEASE HELP ME, I'm getting mad turning the internet inside out for the proper recipe

bon appetit
