Chicken and corn frittata

Ingredients

Chicken and corn frittata • 310 gcan creamed corn • 1 cupshredded cooked chicken • 3/4 cupgrated tasty cheese • 4eggs • 1small zucchini, grated • 1/3 cupmilk • 2green onions, finely sliced • 1 tbspplain flour • salad greens, to serve

Steps Chicken and corn frittata Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease 4 x 12cm individual pie dishes; arrange on a baking tray. In a large bowl, whisk together corn, chicken, cheese, eggs, zucchini, milk, onion and flour. Season to taste. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pans. Bake 20-25 minutes, until set. Serve with salad greens.
