Ochazuke is a dish where hot tea is poured over rice with few toppings. This simple yet tasty dish makes a great comfort meal especially on days when you need a pick me up!

Ingredients: 1 Salmon Fillet 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce 1/2 tbsp table salt 1/2 cup of Rice 1 tsp green tea powder/ 1 green tea bag 150 ml water 1 Nori Seaweed Sheet (Optional) 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Method: 1. Marinate salmon fillet with ponzu sauce and salt 2. Grill until both sides are golden 3. Shred salmon into small pieces 4. Add nori seaweed and black sesame seeds to cooked rice 5. Shape rice into Onigiri (rice ball) using saran wrap 5. Place salmon flakes on top of Onigiri 6. Pour green tea over and enjoy!
