I know, KFC isn't exactly a place to emulate. But their Hot Chicken they had a while back was excellent. I've never had the authentic stuff, so I don't know how good their stuff actually was but I love the way it worked. It was just their regular chicken and they had the Hot Chicken sauce that they put on it. I would love some sort of sauce I could keep on hand to eat with chicken tenders and stuff. I don't like stuff crazy hot, maybe medium or so. So if anyone has any sort of recipe ideas I would appreciate it.
