Once upon a time I went to Norway and had some of the best lefse I'll ever probably have the chance to experience. But there is a problem. I'm unable to find the recipe for this heaven sent meal. Most of the recipies Ive found online contain Potato. But the one I had didnt have a hint of potato in it. Digging around the closest found to the original recipe looks like this:
But its been explained to me that there are MANY different methods of Lefse making. So would you share your (Non-potato) Lefse Recipes with me?
