As title. I have a huge chunk of emmental from misclicking during online shopping and no real idea how to use it. Normally I'd use it in grilled cheese sandwiches, but theres only so many of those I can reasonably make in a week. So does anyone have ideas for lunches (sandwiches, cold pastas etc) to use it up?
No special diet requirements.
