I have some Chicken Apple Sausage that I got at the market and I was thinking about serving it with some Italian squash, or zucchini over white rice. But I wanted to do something special with the zucchini so I bought a green apple to go with it, but have no clue what to do from there. I have been watching tons of cooking shows and 'chutney' came to mind that might be good with it but I have never made it and don't even know where to start. I don't know what goes with what :/ Google was no help so I turn to you fine folk! If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful! Thank you :)
