Hi folks, hoping someone can help me with this.
I was deployed to Iraq in 2009/2010 and I got to try some hamburgers that were just incredibly tasty. I'm guessing the meat patty was either lamb or a mix of lamb/goat. There was also a lot of Mediterranean spices in the meat.
I'm looking for an authentic recipe or at least a list of spices so I can try re-creating this here so some of my friends that didn't have the free vacation can try some of the food that I really enjoyed.
