The Closet of Sir Kenelm Digby Knight opened: A collection of mead and cookery recipes published in 1669, Britain.

Here is an online version that was originally a republishing from 1910

It's very interesting to look at anachronistic recipes, I myself have been studying recipe books and recipes tracing back to some of the earliest European cooking books and instruction guides.
