Trying to recreate ranch dressing recipe from ingredient list?

I used to live in a town with a market that made their own ranch dressing. The ingredient list on the bottle is this: soybean oil water whole eggs and egg yolks vinegar salt sugar lemon juice calcium disodium (to protect quality of, natural flavors, buttermilk, salt, herbs and spices)

Anyone know the amounts of each ingredient I would need to recreate this recipe?
