I recently had mushrooms for the first time, in this recipe. I ended up getting very sick. It turns out that I'm allergic to mushrooms.
We tried making it again with Cream of Chicken, but it didn't taste as good.
What would y'all recommend as a replacement for Cream of Mushroom soup in recipes? Looking at a lot Ive been hoping to cook, it turns out a lot have CoM in them. So maybe not just in this recipe, but just universally?
