[Request] Advice for beef and lamb stock

I was just given a bucket of T-bones and rack of lamb. Wasn't too much meat on them, but I figured that there would be enough to make a couple of pots of stock throughout the day.

Does anyone have a favorite stew or soup that would go well with such a stock? I plan on letting them simmer for at least another 6 hours, so I'll have some time to prep for additives. Let's get soupy!
