Anyone have a recipe/guidance for Pork Cheeks?

I bought 2 pounds of pork cheeks on a whim and am considering a braise, confit, or crockpot. There's always ragu. Or chashu for ramen. Or some sort of pork pie. Anyone have a favorite pig cheek recipe?
